MS Summer Challenge

  • Program Description

    During the AAPS Middle School Summer Challenge (MSSC), students will engage in authentic learning experiences that extend their knowledge in literacy and mathematics and develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills. The content of the three-week program is a series of learning challenges, specifically written for AAPS students currently enrolled in grades 5, 6, & 7.  This is an invitation-based program, Middle School counselors are reaching out to families with more information.

    Program Goals

    The goal is to provide students with high-quality, culturally responsive learning experiences through interdisciplinary curriculum and social-emotional development that build confidence in academic skill sets needed for the next level of their academic pathway.
