Hello!  My name is Neil Duggins, and I am a teacher at Wines Elementary School.  I have been with AAPS since the 1999-2000 school year.  I have taught third, fourth, and fifth grades.  I have been lucky enough to work at Wines during my entire career in Ann Arbor.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University, and my Master's degree from Marygrove College in Detroit.  My wife and I, along with our two sons, live in Brighton, Michigan.

My name is Julie Spiroff. I have been employed by the Ann Arbor Public Schools since 1998 as a fifth grade teacher at Wines Elementary School.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a major in English and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I received my Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well. Prior to moving to Michigan, I taught high school and middle school in the Madison area. While I am a Wisconsin native, I have lived in Ann Arbor since 1982. I received my certification in Elementary Education from Eastern Michigan University. I feel very fortunate to be able to teach each day since it is my passion.
