Ms. Diane Grant

My name is Diane Grant and I am the High School Counselor with A2Virtual+ Academy. This is a online program within Ann Arbor Public Schools.

I've been an Educator since 1992. My career started in Buffalo, NY where I taught alcohol and drug prevention to high school students. After I earned my Masters degree in 1999, I moved to Ann Arbor, MI. Starting in 2000, I was a School Counselor at Pioneer HS and a Math Instructor at WCC. In 2007, I was a School Counselor and Math Teacher at Community HS. In 2013, I became a full-time Math Teacher at Slauson MS until I switched to A2Virtual+ in 2020.

I have a passion to help students to see that everyone can learn and have FUN at the same time! We all have to solve problems in life. It's a lot easier with a growth mindset!
