The committee is reviewing and analyzing “current condition” data from the following sources:

1. A district-wide survey of principals, Stage Managers, Music teachers, Theatre teachers and community groups that use our auditorium spaces routinely
2. Assessment reports from outside experts that have routinely done maintenance/repair in our auditoriums, Complete Production Systems
3. Committee members are currently conducting site visits to district wide auditoriums and conducting research as to finding a district that has an exemplar auditorium for comparison.
