Dear AAPS Families,We hope this message finds you and your family safe and healthy. We know that the COVID-19 pandemic and school closure have presented many challenges for our entire community, and uniquely for each of you. It has certainly been a challenging time to balance the health, safety, and wellness of our students and families with providing equitable opportunities to access instruction. We want to assure you that our commitment to our students with disabilities has never wavered.
Our special education staff has worked hard to maintain connections with our families through weekly emails, providing learning opportunities and checking in on needs. During the current circumstances, we know that instruction across our district has dramatically changed in our new online setting. As we approach a significant shift toward increasing service provision in the coming days, we would like to hear from you.
Please take a moment to respond to the survey below. We will be back in touch in the coming days with details and additional information in response to the needs of our students and families.
